Commissioner Grueneich is a nationally recognized expert in energy and environmental issues. As the lead Commissioner on transmission issues at the California Public Utilities Commission, she has overseen the permitting of several significant transmission lines to deliver renewable energy to California load centers. Commissioner Grueneich also serves as lead Commissioner on energy efficiency, overseeing energy efficiency programs delivered by the California investor-owned utilities.

His book The Clean Tech Revolution (with co-author Ron Pernick) published by Collins in June 2007, has been called “the best clean tech book” by ClimateProgress.org and is being translated into five languages. Mr. Payne leads REgrid Power’s Commercial Business Development Division, based in Campbell and serving Northern and Central California. Mr. Payne has over 10 years experience in strategic planning, program development and product roadmaps. Prior to joining REgrid Power, Mr Payne worked in program management, product development and business development at KLA-Tencor. Mr. Payne holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Queen’s University, Ontario.
Craig is a senior Web-oriented software engineer, with around twenty-five years of experience (including 18 years at IBM), and has become a leader in online community by virtue of running www.craigslist.org for over 9 years. He's compiled extensive experience evangelizing, leading and building, including work at Bank of America and Charles Schwab. In 1995, he started craigslist which serves as a non-commercial community bulletin board with classifieds and discussion forums.
Katherine Fulton is president of the Monitor Institute and a partner of the Monitor Group. Her career path has been shaped by two passionate interests: the use of private resources for public purposes and the connection between leadership and learning. She has explored these themes through leadership positions in organizational consulting and journalism, and through teaching and volunteer service. Prior to moving to the Monitor Institute, Katherine was the co-head of the consulting practice at another Monitor Group company, Global Business Network.
