Our meeting design also eases the transition into the web environment through the video, and helps stimulate online collaboration through online tools.

We have a senior team with deep expertise in both physical meetings and physical facilitation, as well as online collaboration and new tools. Our team is committed to bridging the gap between physical meetings, where people can have nuanced, emotional interactions, and the online world, where many more people can get together for a much longer period of time. We also can offer the real time facilitation in the meeting itself, which allows us to react to what emerges, and redesign on the fly, or make sure we are channeling the creativity and energy of the participants in ways that you might not have expected.

The field of face-to-face process design and facilitation has been developing, over the past 20 years, a range of tools (and techniques) to maximize people's genuine collaboration. We have team members that come out of that world, and have deep experience with some of the leading companies and organizations that work in that space, and so we are able to help you harness these new techniques. To be sure, you don't have to use this - most of our work is actually building off what you are putting together in your physical gatherings built on your expertise of who you think your smartest people are coming to the table, and we just help you build off that meeting, video it, and get it working online.
